Harmony Hypnosis is run by Inga in Wisbech, Cambridgeshire. This page explains what personal information I collect when you book through this website, how it is used, and your rights.

What I collect

When you make a booking I collect your name, email address, and (if you provide it) your phone number and any notes you choose to share, along with the date and time you select. For paid sessions, your card payment is handled securely by Stripe.

How I use it

Your details are used only to confirm and manage your appointment.

Who it’s shared with

I use a small number of trusted services to run bookings: Stripe, Zoho, and an email delivery service. I never sell your data.

How long it’s kept

Booking records are kept only as long as needed to provide the service and meet any legal or accounting obligations.

Your rights

You can ask me to access, correct or delete your information at any time.
