I'm Inga, a certified hypnotherapist and the heart behind Harmony Hypnosis. Psychology has guided me since school, and I discovered hypnotherapy while looking for help for myself — it completely changed my life. Now I'm here to help others find their own path to healing and lasting change. Hypnotherapy is a relaxed, completely natural state where the mind opens to gentle, positive change, and you stay fully in control the whole time.

Every session is shaped around you and your pace — online from the comfort of your home, or in person in Wisbech — in a warm, confidential space. There's no judgement here, only support, and the belief that peace really does begin in the mind.

Hypnotherapy uses gentle, guided relaxation to ease you into a calm, focused state — much like daydreaming or being absorbed in a good book. In that state the mind becomes more open to positive suggestion, so we can gently work with the subconscious, where habits, beliefs and feelings really live.
